Mentor2 years agoIf your listings offer the ebay International Shipping, you will be shipping to a hub. There is one in Glendale Heights, IL. The people at the hub, then create the customs label and sends it onto the buyer, in this case, located in Cyprus. Your obligation is over once the package reaches the ebay hub. If there is a problem with the item, ebay will take care of it.
