Shipping to Virgin Islands
I have a buyer wanting to purchase an item and they state they cannot because I that shipping option is not available. I have tried everything I know to do but they say they still cannot. Any help is appreciated. Still new to ebay so I have googled a ton and followed the suggestions.

If your buyer is in US Virgin Islands (USVI) and you are offering USPS shipping, there should be no trouble shipping there. FedEx and UPS may not ship there.
There are British Virgin Islands and that would need to ship internationally
If you can tell me the eBay Item Number for the listing, and whether your buyer is in USVI I can provide more advice.
