Shipping to US territories
I'm supposed to ship from California to Guam. On the "Create invoice" page, under "Shipping", it only gives international options. Luckily, eBay's shipping price calculator doesn't make this mistake, so I can select "USPS Priority Mail International" and explain that it's actually just USPS Priority Mail in the message (I'm sure my buyer has dealt with this before). Still, it's annoying that I can't also offer "USPS Ground" because there's no equivalent dropdown option.
