Shipping To UAE

I am enrolled in EIS program. I had two sales fail during the past 2 weeks from UAE buyers saying that the "seller does not ship to that location." I have double checked my exclusions. And EIS ships to UAE. I am not getting any help from ebay AI

Possible reasons:

1) Country of Origin must be entered

2) It's possible that EIS won't ship the items, as they may not qualify for import into many countries.

3) It's possible that EIS can't tell what your items are by the title. Try being more descriptive.

What is the eBay Item Number for the listing?

The country of origin was listed. I checked the restricted items to the UAE and this did not qualify as restricted. The buyer had zero feedback so maybe that was the issue?

My title was crystal clear. Not vague at all.

I tried to use ebay AI also but it kept going in circles. Would partially answer my question and when I replied that I had already tried their suggestion , ebay AI circled back to the same answer again. Kind of a waste of time.
