Shipping to Third Party Shipper
I recently sold an item and the buyer is having it shipped to a third party shipper to be shipped out of the country. I do not allow international shipping. The address provided on eBay, looked odd so I looked it up and it is a third-party shipping company. I have yet to ship it. What are my responsibilities or protections? The buyer has about 200 pieces of feedback and a 100% rating. They are located in Lithuania. Am I ok to ship it? Am I only responsible for the address on eBay for the buyer? Can they come back later and say the did not get it or that it was not as described?
Thank You for your help! Tried calling eBay but, I guess isn't even an option anymore.
