Shipping to Puerto Rico
I'm finding more sellers that don't ship to Puerto Rico. Many simply have no explanation as to why, because they have done business and have customers here. Exclusions say Central America and Caribbean. Must be losing money on lost sales.

May also depend on how the PR member set up their address.
If they entered PR as a "Country" instead of "US territory", that will affect it too, although sellers can still exclude "PR"( the U.S. territory) if they want, which will show separately.
Is this an issue you're having - can you give an example.
There may be other reasons.
