Shipping to Puerto Rico
How come some suppliers ship to foreign countries that have no relationship with the US and not ship to PR which is a legitimate US territory with the same US currency and same US Postal service?

All Sellers on the eBay U.S. site have the option to exclude locations they prefer not to ship to. One of those options is Puerto Rico. Some Sellers seem to think it's more expensive to ship there, so they exclude it.
To help with this, eBay has added Puerto Rico to their International Shipping Program (eIS). That way if the Seller makes a sale to PR, the only need to ship the item to the eBay hub in the United States. Then eBay takes it from there.
If you see a listing you are interested in, you could always contact the Seller and ask if they will ship it to PR.
