How do I limit my selling to the lower 48 States?

Mentor3 years agoIf you are going to use the USPS for shipping your items, there is no need to exclude HI/AK, APO/FPO, US protectorates. You would exclude those locations if using Fed Ex/UPS.

·3 years agoYou set up the listing for domestic shipping only and exclude:
Alaska/Hawaii
US Protectorates
and possibly APO/FPO depending on what you are trying to accomplish
towards the bottom of the shipping section on the listing form (you might have to enable the display of the "Excluded locations" option in the "See pricing options" menu at top right of the Shipping section).
You can also set your selling preferences to make such settings your default settings.
You would also need to opt out of eBay International Shipping if your issue is more than just dealing with international shipping, but be aware that international buyers (or for that matter AK etc. residents) can still use a shipping address to a place in the US where they have made arrangements (family, friends, commercial forwarding services) for the item to be sent on from there, and set their Primary Shipping Address to that address so they are not blocked by a Buyer Requirement to block someone whose PSA is not in a location you agreed to ship that item to.
