Shipping to Norway a 37 lbs box
Hello everyone, I am having an issue shipping a 37 pounds box 37x27x23 to Oslo, Norway
eBay is telling me there's an issue generating a label, I have a feeling that eBay may not be able to ship the box size to Norway. Do I have other options shipping this box to client. Is there another company other than UPS, FEDEX that i can used that is reasonable in price? Please help
Thank you all
Flo

That sounds frustrating.
Your length is 37"
Your girth is 27+23+27+23 = 100
Combined Length and Girth is 37+100=137
I'd need to know the weight as well, but here are some rough numbers
USPS
Packages can be up to 70 lbs domestically, it varies internationally. It looks like Norway is 66 lbs.
108 inches in combined length and girth domestic and international
-- Domestic Only Retail Ground can be up to 130 inches in combined length and girth (but will be charged oversized prices).
UPS
Packages can be up to 150 pounds.
Up to 108 inches in length
Up to 165 inches in length and girth combined. (this applies to Norway as well)
FedEx
Packages up to 150 lbs (68kg),
up to 119" (302cm) in length and
165" (419cm) in length and girth for domestic, but 130" for international
It looks to me that unless you can safely package your item in a smaller box, UPS is the only option. The label may not print on eBay, you may need to go to a UPS location. They may have more information than I do and it is possible they can't ship it, or the rate will be exorbitant.
Please understand all International Shipping risks - is your item allowed by Norway customs? If not, it may reach Norway and then be discarded by their customs.
