Shipping to New Mexico, USA
I tried to buy a tent on Ebay and was told the item I wanted couldn't be shipped to my address. They confused New Mexico with Mexico. Seriously. I live in the United States!

The seller probably has an error in his weight or dimensions - the system can’t calculate the shipping, so you get a message that it may not ship to your location.
You can message the seller and ask him to check and correct the weight and dimensions so that you can purchase the item.
