Mentor2 years agoYour 2 most recent sales only ships to the USA. You will have to go to USPS.COM and determine what the shipping will cost to send International Priority and send your buyer an Invoice, or you can cancel the purchase using the reason Problem with buyer's address.
In order to use ebay International Shipping, you have to opt into it. Once you do that, if any international buyer makes a purchase, when s/he pays, you ship the item to a hub (usually in Glendale Heights, IL but there are others). They create the customs form and sends the package to your buyer. Once tracking shows Delivered to the hub, your obligation is over. ebay takes care of any problems that might arise.
