I have an item listed and its domestic and Internation shipping thru the ebay program, but a buyer in Japan reports it wont work. any suggestions

Hi @jimmy2420

Thanks for posting back. That item is not set up for international shipping (you can verify this by viewing the Shipping, returns, and payments tab of the item listing.

Click Revise on the listing and add the option and then your buyer will be able to make the purchase.
