shipping to Iowa
Why is shipping to Iowa for me higher then any one else in th country . its not that many states away from me Im shipping from Ohio California should be the high one today I shipped a pack to Iowa and CA. California was alot cheaper. Can any one here explain this. This is not the first time this happed

eBay Labels USPS Ground Advantage shipments under 1 lb to rural zip codes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses follow the new USPS pricing rules.
All packages under 1lb ship at the 1b rate to rural locations.
For the non rural continental United States, the tiered-weight structure remains in place.

I strongly recommend changing your shipping to buyer pays> calculated shipping that way buyers are charged the correct shipping price to their location. With the new shipping rates you will be losing money on shipping if you keep using a Flat rate.
