Shipping to incarcerated inmates
I’ve had many book sellers ship paperbacks to my son who is incarcerated. I’ve come across a seller who says eBay won’t let him ship to a jail. I want it shipped and can deal with a return if that happens. Anyone heard there is an eBay policy about this?

My guess is that the seller had had a problem with another jail sometime, and jumped to the conclusion that it was eBay that prohibited the shipping. It isn't eBay, it's the jail itself imposing restrictions.
