Shipping to Hawaii
I undercharged shipping unintentionally due to mainland-only estimates, and the actual shipping to Hawaii is 5x higher. I want to handle this correctly without harming my seller metrics. Any suggestions?

Mentor8 months agoYou cannot ask the buyer for more money. What carrier are you using? You should be using USPS to ship to Hawaii. Where are you located? Shipping from the east coast to HI would be the most expensive using USPS Ground Advantage. I ship from California, so shipping to HI is still pricey but not as bad as shipping from the east coast.

OP8 months agoThanks for replying 🙂 I am in Miami, so I had checked shipping to Cal and it was $50 when I listed, but USPS to Hawaii is costing me $125.
