Can packages going to GUAM use the regular ebay USPO label ? or does it need an international mailing label?

Just to add - while it is regular US mail, a customs declaration is required for Guam. Your PO should have forms if it doesn’t print as part of your shipping label.

Guam is part of the US. It does NOT require an international label ... but it would be wise to ship Priority Mail to make sure that the package arrives on time.
