Shipping to Germany blocked on EIS. How do I unblock this?
Buyer from Germany claims that my account will not allow shipping to Germany. I have EIS, have checked the exclusion list and Germany is not on it. What else should I do?

Mentor1 month agoWhat is the item number? I suspect Germany has restrictions on importing that item into their country.
