Shipping to Germany

Question

I have a buyer in Germany wishing to purchase 14 of my items BUT eBay tells him that I don't ship to his country. I checked each listing regarding shipping and the all said: SHIPPING worldwide Excludes: Belarus, Kuwait, Macedonia, Morocco, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine. What can I do as I can't physically email or talk to a real customer service person at eBay

@hobby936 You need to actually provide an international shipping method on the listings that way the buyer can purchase and you can make a combined shipping invoice with the correct shipping amount.

Are the listings still active or in your sold section?

Your shipping needs to be set up like this but with Canada Post options since you are shipping from Canada...

Also be sure that whatever Canada Post option you chose that it has tracking DELIVERY confirmation IN GERMANY. For example USPS first class doesn't offer delivery confirmation in all countries so we have to ship via Priority to those countries no matter the package size and weight.

I don't recommend shipping directly to all countries as some have very poor postal systems. I'd stick to US, UK and your Germany buyer for now until you get more experience on dealing with customs forms and import restrictions.
