Shipping to France
I have a buyer interested in purchasing three of my items. I cannot figure out how to consolidate the shipping for only one box. At first, I told them to purchase the first one at the normal shipping rate and I would include the other two items in the same box. So I switched the other two items to free shipping. But now I’m confused because once they purchase the other two, it will charge me additional shipping for both packages. How do I resolve this? And a second question is how do I print the first shipping label it keeps telling me to go to eBay to print my shipping label and that’s what I’m doing and it’s still doing the same message back to me that I cannot do the shipping label so confused and I can’t find a single phone number to contact eBay for help
