Shipping to France
I have a party interested in making a $250 purchase. He is from France and is unable to make the purchase. Are there restrictions from eBay regarding shipping to France? Thanks

I only saw one listing for $250 so I asked google out of curiosity:
Yes, Sikhote-Alin iron meteorites can be imported into France, and they are commonly available for sale from meteorite dealers online and through auction houses. There are no specific French or international laws that prohibit the import and ownership of this specific type of meteorite.
If you wish to ship to France then you have to revise your listing and add direct by you shipping to France. It should qualify to ship First Class international package rate.
Keep in mind that YOU will be responsible for refund requests if the item is late/ lost or a the buyer says it's not as described. No returns does not mean no refunds. Your return policy is for buyers remorse returns only so if the buyer SAYS it's not as described you have to accept the return and refund.
