Shipping to Finland not allowed
Even though I have opted in to Ebay International shipping, buyers keep getting error messages about "seller does not allow shipping to this country." What could be causing this? Thanks!

Mentor4 months agoI looked at several of your active listings. One stated you are opted into the ebay International Shipping program. The others stated you will ship to Finland but you need to be contacted to find out what the shipping cost will be. I suspect those listings are not opted into the EIS, so you will be shipping directly to the buyer and not using the EIS.

That listing shows it only ships to the United States.
That might be because of the format. Or the title. Or the language format (German).

OP4 months agoWhat would you suggest I change? I actually canceled the listing and relisted, making sure it had Ebay international shipping selected, and it still cropped out on the buyer.

You could try to ship it direct to the Buyer but you would lose most of your Seller Protections.
Is the Buyer in Finland aware this has a region code for Germany? I just have a gut feeling that the Buyer has not read your description and will want to return.
