Shipping to Europe - registered in Germany, living in Italy - OK to ship to Italy?

I don't normally ship overseas. My potential buyer is registered on eBay in Germany, but wants me to ship my item to her in Italy. Does she have to change her registered address with eBay to Italy for me to have protections? Or, can I only ship to Germany? Thanks

It doesn't matter where she is registered, you need to ship to the address on the payment transaction which you'll see on the order details.
