Shipping to different mailing address
Buyer asked me to ship item to his sisters house but when I click to change address it tells me I may not be covered by seller protection if I change address. This is an ounce gold coin and expensive. I’m not feeling good about this. Will I be covered or not?

For seller protection, you are required to ship to the address on the payment. Assuming the member making the request for a change has the same member ID as your buyer, you should cancel the transaction and relist so the buyer can repurchase it, advising him to choose/add the correct address at checkout.
(If the member ID is different from your buyer's, it's a scammer and you can report that to eBay using the report link in the Actions dropdown in the message.)

If they want it to go elsewhere you will need to cancel the sale and start over.
