Shipping to corrected address: who pays the bill
Hi, I recently shipped an item but the address the buyer gave me wasn’t deliverable to. It came back to me after many days but the buyer still wants it. Who pays shipping this time?

In cases like this, I've always found that it's easier to refund the Buyer minus any original shipping and then relist the item. They can purchase again once they correct their address.
By refunding, you will get some of your selling fees back.

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer still wants the item, s/he will have to pay to reship. You can go to your Paypal account and send the buyer an invoice after receiving his/her Paypal email address. Once you get the shipping payment, you can use Paypal to print the shipping label.
