Shipping to columbia
Hello, I have a purse listed. I dont have any shipping restrictions but when someone in Columbia wants to buy the item, they are getting a message that I dont ship to columbia. Anyone know whats going on. I have already checked my international settings and I dont have any countries selected for the exclusion.

Mentor6 months ago@syriangirl. Not all items can ship to all countries due to import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay international shipping program.
Please provide the item number and I will take a look at the listing.

Mentor6 months ago@syriangirl The shipping is set up correctly on this listing however the item can not ship to Columbia because it is a used "clothing" item. This is a country specific import restriction.

I recommend blocking countries you do not ship to in account settings. This will prevent buyers who can not pay for your items from trying to purchase.

Also block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.
