Shipping to Canada Via PO Box
Customer cannot make payment for an item that was sold, I do have international shipping and I do have availabe to ship to PO Boxes. Why is there an issue? She is also saying she has purchased before and has items sent to this PO Box.

·2 years agoI have the same problem. Canadian customer with PO Box Ship To cannot pay because it says I (Seller) do not ship to her location. I do ship to Canada (have done so recently) and I do ship to PO Box (had one today, though it was here in the States). She called ebay and they told her it was something in my Settings, though I have no idea what it is.

Mentor2 years agoWhat is the item number? I looked at your active listings, and using ebay International Shipping, you do ship to Canada. I'm guessing the problem is not the P.O. Box, but the item. Perhaps Canada does not want that item imported into their country.
