shipping to Canada int’l shipping program wasn’t applied automatically

I sold a small lightweight item, shipping to Canada. eBay software didn’t apply EBay International Shipping hub like it always has for me. Now only shipping option allowed-having to figure out label myself- is First Class ($18) or Priority mail. I meet all criteria for Intl shipping program. What happened?? Also , the Economy International option isn’t available even when I click that option. Help!

Was it the Brendel eyeglass frames? Your shipping policy on that listing shows that you will ship to USA addresses only and that you will mail using USPS Ground Advantage pricing.

Has the buyer paid? Has eBay provided you with a delivery address for that buyer?

If eBay provided you with a delivery address in Canada, you may be allowed to cancel the order due to Problem With Address.

In order for eBay International Shipping (EIS) to apply to any purchase, a non-USA buyer will have to purchase the item from a listing with EIS.

In other words: You may have Canada included in the nations you want to include in your EIS. eBay will show your listings, that are on ebay.com (eBay's USA site), to Canadian people who normally use ebay.ca (eBay's Canadian site). Those buyers will see (and pay) a higher shipping price than is shown to other potential USA buyers.

Likewise, If you include UK and France in your EIS nations, eBay will show your listings in those eBay sites as well; that is, ebay.co.uk and ebay.fr, etc.

When that buyer pays, eBay provides you with a USA shipping address which is often in Glendale Heights, Illinois. You, the seller, will be able to buy the shipping label through eBay, spending only the price necessary for USPS Ground Advantage rates from your location to the USA Shipping address.
