Mentor1 year ago@jelieb_68 Is this for the pool vacuum? I wouldn't try to ship it internationally. If the buyer SAYS it's not as described then you have two choices, pay the expensive return shipping and then refund OR refund without a return.
You are responsible for the item arriving on time and safely. If it's just a day late the buyer can file a not received refund request and you'd have to refund the buyer, this is a risk with all of the postal delays we have been having lately.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules your no returns policy. Your return policy is for buyers remorse returns only.
If you really want to ship it to Canada then you have to revise the listing and add a shipping method. It would need to ship with USPS Priority since I am sure that it's over 4lbs.
