Shipping to California

Question

A buyer reached out and said at checkout he can't proceed from purchase because the seller, me, won't ship to his address. Is there a setting I am missing because I don't see Cali blocked on the card listing?

You canâ€™t block an individual state. There is a problem in the weight and/or dimensions you have entered - the system cannot calculate the shipping. In fact I see at least 70 of your items with missing data.

When you look at your items in search, you will see â€˜shipping not specifiedâ€™. To see them all, sort your listings by price - search will put these items at the end.
