shipping to authenticate location
I bought a some item that need to authenticate, however, the seller said they are still waiting to receive the location from eBay where they can authenticate the item. Since they haven’t received this information yet, they haven’t been able to ship it. how can I clear this issue? thanks

Mentor1 year ago@mattno2004 The seller is confused. Once you pay for the item they just need to go their awaiting shipments section and select get shipping label from next to the item.
