I sold an item at auction. It turns out the winning bidder is in australia. Apparently, the US ONLY settings don’t work for auctions. I still want to work with the buyer but the EBAY system will not allow the shipping outside US. I WOULD CALL THIS A BUG. anyway, how do I turn on shipping to Australia so the buyer can complete the transaction. Any changes allowing international shipping seem to affect only future transactions. I need a change for a completed auction transaction.
