Shipping to an Excluded Country
I just realized that there are a number of countries that are listed as Excluded from international shipping. One of those countries is Israel. I had a buyer from Israel win an auction and he is unable to pay for the item. I was unaware the these 13 countries were "excluded". I'm happy to ship to Israel. I want to send the winner a Flat Rate USPS Priority Envelope. Any suggestions?

The problem with shipping to Israel is that due to the war you will not have any insurance for the sale if the item is lost or damaged in shipping. It most likely will arrive late and the buyer can file a refund request on eBay when a package is just one day late.
