Shipping to Alaska
I have set up a listing to ALL the US. A buyer from Alaska said that the listing is telling her to request shipping costs and she's not able to make an offer. I created a new listing and still no change. Does EBay not allow shipping to Alaska?

OP5 months agoOh, I had to find it via my laptop - couldn't find it on the app. That said, it's not checked. ?? So what do I do now?

On this page in your account settings make sure you have the box for Alaska and Hawaii UN-checked. Shipping Preferences

Sorry, I should have told you to scroll down to the Exclude shipping locations section then click Edit on the right, the check box is in the upper left-hand corner of the page that opens.
