shipping to a secondary address
the buyer would like me to ship his purchase to a second address in Canada. He has indicated that he is not able to change his address on his account. Should I just ship to the international address or is there a specific process, especially since it is not the address on his account?
Thank you
Don

Mentor2 years agoHi @sch5603
To add to the advice from @gator08041971 ...
Advise the buyer to change his address here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
And/or use the change link on the checkout page to edit the displayed address for the shipment (which buyers should review EACH time they make a purchase before completing payment).

No. You should not change the address, as that will void any seller protections you may have.
And they can most certainly change the address before they purchase.
You can offer to cancel the transaction (use "Problem with address"), re-list the item, and they can re-purchase with the correct address.
