Shipping to a 'reshipper' in Wilmington DE
I've seen numerous posts online about a potential scam when shipping to Three Hundred Cornell Drive in Wilmington Delaware. Sellers get charged back when the payment fails after a few days. Does eBay back up the seller and I can ship with no risk? Have any of you experienced an issue like this?
