Shipping to a PO Box - FedEx or USPS

I have a very large, very valuable and very fragile item (vintage TV - about 24" x 24" x 32" and 55 lbs). The buyer has paid in full and i am ready to ship. I have carefully packed with bubble wrap, foam, double box, etc. The buyers address is a PO box across the country.
I need to chose between FedEx Ground Economy and USPS Ground Advantage. Both show as available options to purchase the label through eBay.
I tried to contact the seller to provide me with a physical home address but they have not responded. I contacted the USPS location and they said that they do accept deliveries from FedEx for PO boxes. However, a FedEx rep told me that they do not ship to POs.
Shipping via USPS would mean that it would not change hands at all which is good. However, the cost is almost twice as much and i would lose a bit on shipping.
Shipping via FedEx would bring into question whether the delivery to USPS would work. However, the cost is much less and i would break even on shipping.
I am fully insuring the item and paying for signature delivery. Ultimately i want the package to get there safely and i want to protect myself from any damage or mishandling. Im not sure which to choose. Any insight would be appreciated.

Mentor2 weeks ago@jrob87353 My advice is to ship with USPS. While shipping may look like it costs less now Fed Ex and UPS are known for adding surcharges and billing you later.
You also can not insure Fed Ex ground economy, it only comes with $100 insurance. Shipcover insurance is only good for Non hybrid types of Fed EX and UPS.

Mentor2 weeks agoFed Ex does have a ground shipping option with the last mile delivery to a P.O. Box/physical address. Make sure you select that option and not one with just Fed Ex. I think you need the one with Saver in the service type.
