Mentor1 year ago@nautica4 First make sure it's the same buyer contacting you as the one that made the purchase sometimes bad actors will try to trick you.
The item must be shipped to the address the buyer provided at checkout. You cannot change the address or you lose seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
You have to cancel the sale as problem with buyets address. Refund the buyer. Relist the item the buyer purchases again putting in the correct address at check out.
