Shipping Tips for shipping an item to a different last name
Question or advice on shipping to a different last name. I noticed when I sold an item that the ship to last name and location is different. Item is shipping to USA, but buyer location is International. In the past I've had people state they did not purchase the item that was bought & they opened a claim against me. The item was refunded by eBay, but original rare item was not returned. I've attempted to reach out to this buyer twice to double check this WAS a purchase they made and nothing.
So, my question is.. should I still send item out? Needing advice on what other sellers would do in my situation.
thanks in advance!

Some foreign Buyers use a US forwarding company to take delivery on their items and then ship them to them in another country. The US address lets them purchase here. Sellers are only responsible to the US address, not the Buyer's country. International Selling fees may apply just so you know.
You can do a google earth or other satellite system to see if the US address is a residence or a warehouse type building. I;ve done that a few times.
