SHIPPING TIMES DISPLAYING WRONG
Anyone know why is says Estimated between Tue, Feb 6 and Sat, Feb 10 to 90210 for economy shipping?
I have handling time set to 3 days, so the estimated delivery should actually be feb 4 - 14 to account for handling time and shipping. Or am I misunderstanding something?
This is just an example if someone were to buy on Feb 1, 2024.

eBay takes into consideration your typical shipping time regardless of your Handling time. If you have 3 days but typically ship in 1 or 2 days that is factored in to the delivery estimates.
If you have two services like Priority Mail AND Ground Advantage the delivery window and vary.
Alos, the distance from your location to the Buyer's can affect the delivery that you or your customers see.
Since you are not in the Buyer's zip code you cannot see what they see.

So even though economy shipping (which I chose) has a 1-10 day shipping estimate and I have a 3 day handling time...that doesn't necessarily mean that the max a customer should wait is 14 days to get the order? I just don't want the customer to expect a quicker delivery than I can provide. Thank you for the quick response.

You are more than welcome. That is correct. I have been selling for 9 years and have never paid too much attention to eBay's Estimated delivery window and we are talking over 7K shipments. It is a subjective estimate. They do however take other factors into consideration.
