Shipping Timeframe
As a Buyer what is a reasonable timeframe to wait to receive an item? I bought & paid for an item on January 10 with an approximate delivery timeframe provided by the seller of January 15 - January 22nd. As of today February 8th I do not have the item. eBay has continued to provide the seller additional time & just closed my case in favor of the seller!?!

Mentor7 months agoFind the item in your Purchase History and look at the tracking details. What does it indicate?
Ebay should not have closed your case in favor of the seller if tracking does not indicate that the item has been delivered.
