Shipping thru eBay with USPS Ground Advantage
Inquiring about a recent order number from a customer. I purchased shipping label thru eBay using their "USPS Ground Advantage" label. I bought the label on March 29, 2025 & paid $ 18.48. I then took the package to the post office on 3/31/25 which was the ship due date. eBay is stating that I am late on the shipment & they are not aware of my earlier shipment. They want me to ship again after buying another label. I don't know how to get in touch with eBay to inform them of my earlier shipment. Thanks so much for your help.

Mentor1 year ago@stonecanyon45 Did you get the package scanned in at the counter? IF not then then the package can get lost before it gets scanned in, or scanned in latter than your handling time allows.

Do you see the transaction there? Is the tracking number visible? If the tracking is not there, then I suggest you manually input it.
