Shipping the product
When you win an auction does the seller have to ship the item if payment is made. It seems like if I didn't sell it for a high enough amount I just won't ship it. Yes ebay refunded money but i wanted the item I won at a good price. Is this the norm for sports cards.

Mentor2 years ago@lesterlong1 Yes sellers are supposed to ship if you win an auction. The refund always comes from the seller either willingly or eBay forces a refund then the seller gets a DEFECT.
What reason did the seller use for canceling the sale? If they used out of stock/ damaged then they received a DEFECT on their account. Not too many defects and a seller is suspended or banned from eBay.

The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies > other Then say what happened in the box. Include the item number of the listing.
