Shipping stuck on "Freight" instead of "Free"
I'm a relatively new seller, still kinda newbie, with a 100% rating after three satisfying seller experiences. I specialize in pro audio & visual gear. Currently offering a high-cost item of music production equipment (Arturia KeyLab 88 MkII). It's little used and in very good condition. I've worked hard to produce an attractive listing, researched current prices for comps, which are in the $800-$900 range. So I listed for $829, Buy It Now... Not much action. Promoted the listing over the past weekend. Received a jolt when I checked and the item was listed at $300! Urrk. Trying to revise, but shipping seems stuck on Freight. Advice & wisdom most gratefully and humbly accepted...

Freight is required if the package weighs 150 pounds or more, but your description shows a weight of 30-some pounds. Due to the size of the package, you probably need to use Fed Ex or UPS, but you can also check the FREE box if you want to include the shipping as part of your price.

Mentor2 years ago@pragmatic_pete What is the package size and weight? It might be too large or heavy for regular shipping.
Be sure to use a box large enough to allow the keyboard to be tossed at least 4 feet and have another heavy box land on top.
