Shipping Status On Order Will Not Update To "Delivered"
Ebay Sellers Hub page for "All Orders" will not acknowledge an item as having been delivered, even though UPS tracking clearly shows item was in fact delivered. Have already tried re-entering the tracking number numerous times as suggested online, without success. This item was shipped on 9-15-26 and delivered to customer on 9-17-26 (today is 9-25-25). Would appreciate any assistance you could offer. How to remedy ?

-Go to the UPS site and see if they allow you to file a claim for a missing package, I know with USPS that will soemtimes cause the tracking to update
