Shipping Status
You shouldn't mark items shipped when they haven't been shipped it is very misleading. You get the tracking number and check the status and the item has not been shipped. Please fix that..

Mentor3 years agoPurchasing the shipping label is the first step in the shipping process. Like on other websites, you receive a notification when the label is created on eBay as well.
Not only that, some sellers don't receive an acceptance scan when they hand over the package to the carrier. In that case, the first tracking update might not be until delivery.
Here's the bottom line...
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
