Shipping Status
I had a buyer order 2 pieces of jewelry from my listings. Thinking there was no point in charging shipping on each item, I only printed one shipping label & put both items in one box. Then I refunded the buyer for the 2nd postage charge. My order status still shows as undelivered on the 2nd item and, of course, the funds are on hold. I have received confirmation from the buyer that he did indeed receive both items. What do I do now?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the label was not scanned then it was not used. Are you sure you are trying to cancel the correct unused label?
Look here to check status and cancel the unused label within the time limit.

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you combine the shipment in the Shipping Hub? If not you will have to manually add the tracking number to the second item.

OP3 weeks agoThanks for your reply. I manually added the tracking number. I tried to cancel the unused label but it says the label was used (even though it wasn't). Guess I'm just SOL.

Mentor3 weeks ago · Edited@rfmtm That is very odd.
I usually just print label for one item then add that tracking number to the 2nd item as well.
I don't know why it's showing your 2nd label as used. Have you tracked it? Tracking should show if it was used. Maybe it's the other item's label that wasn't used?
Just spitballing here! If you use tracking on the labels and see one was never used but you're unable to cancel, please contact eBay Customer Support. If you use chat, try typing "AGENT" and "Speak to Agent" to get a live person.
