Hello I recently sold something on here and the item still shows transit after it was delivered on the third Of January. I reached out to the customer and they confirmed that their package was received but eBay still shows it marked as in transit there’s not many options for help as the automated system is not very useful does anyone have any clue on what I could do. Funds on hold.
