shipping specs question

Question

I have sold an item and I am ready to ship but I cannot find the dimensions and weight I originally listed. When I look under shipping the sold item it only gives me cost paid by buyer. No specifics. Any help in locating this info would be appreciated.

Hi @gueuzeguy1

When you purchase your label through eBay, the specs will be shown on the label creation page. If you need to make a change to them, you can do it there before completing the label purchase.

If you just want to see the specs, you can click Sell Similar on the item listing to see your setup. (Then close the window - don't submit the listing.
