Shipping specs getting changed on listed items!
I recently noticed that one of my listings had different shipping information. Rather than a medium priority mail box, it was $30!
Unfortunately, I just had a sale come through yesterday that went the other direction. I didn't notice the change until I was going to print a shipping label. The information that was in the listing was definitely not what I had entered. In this instance, I was paid $7.36 but ended up having to pay more than double that, $16.01 to ship the item.
I tried using the chatbot, but was unable to get to a real person. If I can't even rely on eBay to maintain my entered shipping, maybe it's time to just rely on FB Marketplace.

That sounds frustrating.
Are you using calculated shipping?
Be sure to always enter the correct weight and dimensions when you list your item, and chose Calculated Shipping. Don't enter an amount or accept a flat price that eBay suggests.
The crayon box appears to be a flat $8 to ship anywhere in USA, it should vary. Check that listing.
Also, consider using calculated Ground Advantage rather than Priority Mail for most items. It's less expensive, still has $100 insurance, and arrives only about 1 day later.

Mentor1 year ago@brbrownza681 USPS did increase rates yesterday but as long as you select buyer pays calculated everything should update correctly.
This item had a Flat Rate price of $7.36 no matter what zip code I entered.

I recommend checking your active listings. Based on the number of items and possible weight the shipping prices don't seem correct.
