Shipping sold items to an International Freight forwarder in the US
Hello eBay Community,
I have a sold item and the buyer appears to be located in Malaysia, when I reviewed the ship to address it's an address in Portland, OR. I googled the address and it appears to be a freight forwarder. if I ship to this address, am I protected as a seller if the item disappears? I have seen some post of people claiming both sides of this issue.

What myangel..., wrote is correct. However, that will not stop a buyer from filing an not as described dispute if the item arrives damaged. However there are protections that protect you from damage liabilities when a freight forwarder is used.
You can verify the previous answer by doing a Google search for:
" Can a buyer file an ebay item not as described dispute if they used a freight forwarder to have it shipped to their country "
The A.I. article explains what the protections are.
